It seeks to illuminate China’s strategic approach to smart city development, providing invaluable insights into how China is shaping the future of urbanization.
Speaker: Rosie Zhu is from China and holds a master's degree from Osaka University, Japan. She worked at Savills in China in the Strategy & Consulting Department, where she was involved in several urban planning and large-scale district development projects. Additionally, she contributed to consulting work on smart city projects, including Suzhou Industrial Park and Shanghai Lingang New District. With four years of experience, she has gained extensive knowledge in areas such as district development, urban agglomeration planning, and the development of smart cities.
